- Sightseeing routes may change subject to weather and traffic conditions.
- The sightseeing duration includes traveling time to and from the attraction.
- Guest are advised to check their personal belonging around all places we travel that no belongings are left behind as the company will not be held responsible for any lost articles.
- Yangon Street Foods Tour is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure.
- Unless otherwise stated, all travel deals exclude personal insurance, taxes and surcharge, Visa, Tour Guides and/or drive tipping as well as other miscellaneous expenses.
- In the event of typographical error, Yangon Street Foods Tour reserves the right to re-price or change any quote with or without notice.
- You agree that any claims against Yangon Street Foods Tour shall be made in writing and received by Yangon Street FoodsTour no later than 30 days after the event causing the claim. Claims made after 30 days will not be responded to.
- Prices and other information contained in any publicity materials are accurate at time of printing and subject to changes or withdrawal without prior notice.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that necessary permits and travel documents are valid. The company and its partners, affiliates will not be liable for any consequences arising out of customers not fulfilling the aforementioned requirements.
- Terms & Conditions are subject to change in circumstances that are beyond the company’s control; this may include natural disasters, acts of god, civil unrest, and unexpected business closure among others.
- The company and/or its subsidiary will not be responsible for any payment, surcharge or arrangement made with the merchant directly.
PAYMENTS – All payments are non refundable. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES – In cases of exceptional circumstance within Yangon like political unrest or natural disasters (ie earthquake or flooding) you will have a choice – you can either keep your reserved tour as credit to use at a later date of your choosing or take a refund. Any refund payment will incur a 10% service charge fee of the full price of the tour that you have reserved.
RESERVATIONS – Minimum time for confirmed reservation of a tour is at least 48 hours prior to your intended tour. Once you have made an enquiry about a tour on our website will reply to you within 24 hours and a payment request will be sent to the email address you have provided us with. Once payment has been received for your chosen tour we will send you a confirmation email including your booking reference number. Reservation of a tour is not confirmed until payment has been received by us and your confirmation email has been sent to you.
DATE CHANGES – If you wish to change your tour date then this is possible but you must notify us at least 3 days before your intended tour start date and there will be no extra charge. If you wish to change your tour date less than 3 days in advance of your intended tour start date then you will be charged a fee which will be equal to the total price of the tour you wish to change.
DURING THE TOUR – Our 1 day JOINED TOUR and PRIVATE Tours, all come with experienced English speaking local tour guides included. During our SHARED day tours you will also have a guide but they will not necessarily accompany you the whole time. During the shared day tours your guide will advise you how long you may stay at each location depending on the tour you have chosen. For our private tours you will have more flexibility with regards to the length of time you can stay at each attraction you visit.
BEFORE & AFTER THE TOUR – Our shared day tours, 01 day tours does not include collection from your hotel in Yangon and after the tour you will return to the hotel where you are staying in Yangon. With our private tours you will be collected from hotel in Mandalay and after the tour you will be returned to your hotel in Yangon.
